Mill City Farmers Market

In partnership with Eureka Recycling, the Mill City Farmers market has added recycling and composting program, making it the first zero-waste farmers market in Minnesota! Our mission is to promote local, sustainable and organic agriculture, increasing economic opportunities for farmers, urban youth, small businesses and food artisans. To offer experiential learning about and access to healthy local foods, and build a vibrant gathering place for Minneapolis residents and visitors. Composting at the market is a natural fit - all farmers know that you need healthy soil to grow healthy food!
