Promote the Challenge

The Minnesota Energy Challenge is a fun (and free!) tool to help organize your community around saving energy.  Whether you are looking for a school project, a new topic for your church group or information to pass onto your collegues, the Energy Challenge is a new and interesting way to engage your community.

If you are already taking action to save money and energy in your home and you think the Energy Challenge is a good tool to use, Spread the Word!  You can invite Emma, the Challenge coordinator, to come speak, or brainstorm with her for advice, information and materials.  Plan a month-long Energy Challenge campaign at your work and try and meet a certain goal of new teammembers, or challenge another church to see who can sign up the most households around Earth Day.  It’s up to you!
